Snowed-In
I know I don't blog much, and I'm sorry.
Oh my gosh! Snowed-in today. There's not even that much on the ground, either, but it's continually falling. I was about ready to go to school when I found out what it was like. I contacted my teacher and she said she was going to dismiss the class anyway. So I guess that's alright.
Living in a "country" town - a town away from where I go to school - means driving quite a bit. Even if that "bit" is just 15 miles, during snowfall it's not fun at all. I like the snow, don't get me wrong. I'm not a snow-hater... but I sure do hate the COLD! Along with snow comes slush, comes wet shoes and freezing, ice-cold Moni. It's like a Monisicle...
Anyway... driving home is even worse - because in the winter it gets dark - and FAST. So when it's snowing, and you have your headlights on, it's like driving in a vortex for sure. Feels like you've driven 100 miles, but in reality - you've only gone 2 feet!
It's like I'm Captain Kirk in the USS Enterprise!
Oh, Spock.... I secretly love you....
Okay, so maybe it's not that much of a secret, but still... :)

P.S. I decided I'm going to start using the "normal" sized font now. :)
